When you book with us you will be assigned your very own Private Travel Consultant. Your consultant will see the booking through from start to finish meaning that you will deal with the same person at every stage.

Here is an idea of some of the services available: 

Private airport transfers: Working with a range of transfer companies we can propose the best options to get you safely to and from resort. Some properties include transfers within their package and we will happily coordinate these around your travel plans.

Helicopter transfers: Often the quickest and most enjoyable way to get to resort, we would be happy to explore options and prepare quotes for you.

Return flights: For properties that are not packaged with flights our flight specialist would be happy to look at first class, business class or economy flights for your group. We can also help recommend the best low-cost carrier options from regional airports.

Private Jet: We will happily look into chartered jets from your closest airport direct to the Alps.

Ski Instruction and Guiding: The Oxford Ski Company works closely with the very best ski schools and instructors across the Alps offering private or group tuition to all ages and abilities of skier or snowboarder. We can book lessons and guides for you and discuss the best options for your group. 

In-house Ski and Boot Fitting Services: Avoid the hassle of trudging down to the local ski hire shop when you first arrive in resort and pre order your ski equipment and the sizes that you need. The Oxford Ski Company can arrange for skis, poles, snowboards and boots to be brought to your chalet and fitted in house. 

Lift Pass Delivery: We will pre-book your lift passes so that they are delivered to you on the first morning of your stay.

Childcare: Fully qualified and experienced nannies can be booked to look after your children throughout your stay, or on a flexible basis for just the morning or evenings. Nannies can take children to and from ski school and to meet parents for lunch. Alternatively, a babysitter can be organised if parents wish to go out in the evenings. Many resorts also offer crèche facilities. We can also arrange earlier children’s suppers to ensure the little ones get to bed on time. We will be happy to discuss all other aspects to ensure that adults and children have an equally enjoyable holiday.

Massage and Beauty Therapy: Enjoy a massage or beauty treatment in the comfort of your chalet or pamper yourself with a day trip to an exclusive mountain spa or salon. The Oxford Ski Company offer a varied range of luxury specialist therapies and treatments to soothe aching limbs after a day on the slopes.

Pre Arrival Menu Consultation:  Prior to arrival we will discuss your dietary requirements, likes and dislikes and discuss menus and wine lists with you.

Restaurant bookings: We can pre book popular restaurants for mountain lunches or dinner prior to your stay. 

Special Activities and Events: Anything from husky dog sledging, a gourmet picnic in the snow, ice driving, a live band playing in your chalet.

Chauffeurs and Prestige Vehicle Rental: Allow your private chauffeur to drive you to and from the lifts, resort centre and airport or alternatively we can hire you your own luxury 4x4 or SUV for the freedom of being able to drive yourself.
