| Choosing
your chalet:
Have a browse around our website which
offers a variety of concepts, sizes and budgets across the
range. If one of the chalets on the site is of interest then
we encourage you to make an enquiry via the site so that we
can get in touch with you (make
an enquiry). Because our holidays are of a tailor made
nature, it is always best for us to discuss your requirements
such as skiing abilities, non skier requirements, spa facilities,
child care etc. directly with you in order to ascertain the
most suitable chalet. We will then look at our database of
properties and discuss your requirements with other members
of the sales team before presenting you with a range of options
to discuss further.
Holding Options:
We would be delighted to put a chalet on hold for you (on
option) at no cost to you. This will give you time to confirm
details with other members of your party and will give you
the first option on the requested dates for 48 - 72 hours
which will be confirmed at the time of placing the option.
If you do not confirm the booking within this time, your
reservation will lapse and the chalet will be offered to
other parties. However, on expiry, if there is no other
interest in your chosen dates we can extend the option if
you wish.
Confirming a booking:
To secure a booking we require you to complete our booking
form and quotation along with a non-refundable deposit
of 25% (this is the standard rate, however subject to fluctuation
depending on the chosen property). We must be in receipt
of the following before a booking is secured:
(1) Signed chalet proposal
with your credit card details in order to continue holding
your selected dates.
(2) Signed booking form accepting our rental terms and conditions
and those of the chalet operator (where applicable).
(3) Proof of deposit payment; preferred method of payment
is wire transfer
(4) Proof of insurance premiums or your insurance booking
form (read more
on insurance)
It is important that we receive the signed chalet proposal
immediately following your written or verbal confirmation
to book. We can only hold the chalet if we are in receipt
of a signed chalet proposal where your credit/debit card
details must be noted. By providing these details, you confirm
your agreement to authorise The Oxford Ski Company to debit
your card for the full deposit amount due at the close of
business seven (7) days after receipt of this form should
we not have received payment by this time.

Confirmation:
Your booking will only be confirmed when we are in receipt
of the requested paperwork, the deposit payment and once
we have issue you with written confirmation of the booking.
