"The staff at Haus Jessica, Mathilde and Tom, were as much a highlight of our stay as the beautiful chalet. They were truly excellent at their craft, incredibly warm, very open but never intrusive. They are a super team and tried to delight wherever they could. For example, bringing Tiger balm to soothe an injury, and baking a Nutella birthday cake (without being asked to) after they learned the 47 year old birthday boy loved Nutella as a child. Truly wonderful."
