Joli Soleil is a stunning penthouse apartment conveniently located in a quiet enclave of the village a short walk from the main Medran lift station.

The stunning south west facing master bedroom has access to a private balcony. This large room has a free standing roll top bath, a steam shower and separate w.c.

The two additional double bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. These rooms have access to a north facing balcony.

You enter the apartment into the main hallway which gives access to the master bedroom on the right and down a further corridor to the two additional bedrooms on the left.

The impressive open plan living and dining area occupies close to half the surface area of the apartment. Sumptuously furnished with a natural stone fireplace this is the perfect space to unwind after a hard day on the pistes. The well equipped modern kitchen opens onto the living area.

A small balcony can be accessed from the living area, where the elevated position of this top floor apartment affords incredible views of the surrounding mountain peaks.

A guest w.c. and private laundry facilities are also located off the main hallway in the apartment.

The underground garage has space for 2 cars and there is a shared ski room in the basement.

This property is sold on either a catered or self catered basis.

Can I also say what a great set up we thought it was. Obviously we only saw our chalet but if that is anything to go by, it was a good standard and as for Amy and Jesse, they were brilliant.
