A well established, traditional Alpine hotel in 1850. Even the staff are dressed in traditional outfits giving you the sense you have stepped back in time. You are brought right back into the 21st century with exceptional service and cuisine. A relaxed and homely environment.
Setting the scene
Tucked away in a pretty forest in Courchevel 1850, the Hotel Les Airelles is a winter wonderland for children and adults alike. With an ice rink, carousel, ice grotto, supervised game′s room and swimming pool the hotel has plenty to keep all members of the family busy during their stay. The hotel offers ski in, ski out access onto the gentle pistes of the Jardin Alpin that run toward the centre of the resort.
At lunchtime, the restaurant "La Table du Jardin Alpin" opens out onto the sunny terrace, which you can reach directly from the slopes. At dinner time, there are three choices of restaurant, including Pierre Gagnaire′s Michelin acclaimed establishment.
Rooms and Suites
37 rooms, 14 suites and a private, penthouse apartment. Each room and suite is individually decorated with Savoyard motifs.
Spa and Wellness
The Hotel Les Airelles Spa has all the facilities you would expect from a top class hotel. Relax next to the swimming pool, enjoy the bubbles in either the indoor and outdoor whirlpools, enjoy the beneficial effects of the various saunas and hammam, jet shower system with mood audio-visual displays or the snow and ice grotto. There is also a fully equipped fitness centre.
The spa offers a selection of beauty and massage treatments by Cellcosmet as well as having an in house barbers shop and hairdressing salon.

Enjoy the cuisine of the well-known Chef Pierre Gagnaire at this 2-Michelin star graded restaurant. Simple but elegant is Pierre Gagnaire’s credo, and you may rest assured that he will offer a truly unique culinary experience.
La Table du Jardin Alpin
Enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast or lunch in an elegant setting either inside or outside on the magnificent terrace. The chef produces inventive and sophisticated cuisine.
Le Coin Savoyard
Around a real ′Carnotzet′, you will enjoy local specialities based on the best cheeses. Alternatively the chef will cook the meat of your choice on an open wood fire.
Cala di Volpe
The latest addition to Les Airelles for 2015 is the cosy and authentic Cala di Volpe restaurant serving Italian cuisine.
