Originally built to accommodate competitors in the 1992 Albertville Olympics, La Tania is well situated in the heart of Les Trois Vallees and has a quaint village ambience. The resort's main gondola gives quick and easy access to both Méribel and Courchevel with several tree-lined pistes running right into the town centre. This provides "ski in, ski out" access from many of the traditional wood clad chalets found at the edge of the slopes. The centre of  the resort is pedestrianised and there are several restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. Good quality ski schools and some excellent local childcare companies make La Tania ideal for children and great for families.
