The Property

Chalet 46° has been lovingly transformed from a traditional French farmhouse to a stunning and luxurious chalet. This luxury ski chalet is in Morzine and offers spacious accommodation spread over three floors with many of the original features retained yet combined with modern and sleek fixtures and fittings which create a more contemporary feel combined with traditional Alpine charm. This property has an ideal location as you will find it is within a five minute walk of Morzine centre and for those skiers who chose, as few as 5 metres from the piste so skiers and borders can put on their skis  and boots and slid their way to the Pleney Gondola.

This luxury ski property is spread over three levels with the top floor being open plan consisting of a large lounge area and dinning space, as well as a open plan kitchen. From the comfort of the large seating area, or from the outdoor balcony, one can enjoy uninterrupted views over the Pointe de Nyon and the Pleney slopes. This large open plan living area that Chalet 46° boasts offers the perfect space to be entertained by your experienced host and chef, or alternatively if you wish to pour your own drinks there is an integrated beer tap in the bar area. 

Moving down on to the the 1st floor you will find five spacious en-suite bedrooms, two of which have additional single beds and a set of full sized bunk beds, yet all including the highest comfort with wonderfully comfortable mattresses and Egyptian cotton linen. In each bathroom you will find The White Company© luxury toiletries, professional standard hairdryers and hair straighteners along with soft robes, slippers and fluffy towels. This middle level also has a further seating area with direct access to the south facing garden  and large outdoor deck. The large outdoor decked area has been designed and is unique to Chalet 46° so it is the ultimate entertainment area where guests can enjoy the sunny aspect throughout the day and into the evening. Outdoor dinning can be arranged throughout the winter and summer months with there being a choice of barbecue or pizzas from the stone basked pizza oven and all served by your private chef and host. This area is also where the hot tub is found, so kick back relax and enjoy a cold drink from the outdoor bar. 

Finally, the ground floor is entirely designed for the relaxation for the chalets guests. This is where the spa treatment room, sauna and large cinema rooms can be found, and offers the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes whilst your chalet team create your perfect evening. At this entrance level you will find the chalet's boot room with heated boot and glove racks and with direct access to the Pleney slopes being only metres from the chalet door. This luxury ski chalet really is a gem of a property with access to the amazing Portes du Soleil ski area.

This chalet provided all we hoped for and more. Plenty of space for the adults and children, wonderful service from our friendly team and easy access to the fabulous ski area Morzine offers. A chalet and resort we look forward to returning too.
