Jasmine is conveniently close to the lift, yet is still set back far enough in a private part of town to honour you with the tranquillity that this chalet merits!

The Property

Chalet Jasmine is unquestionably one of the most beautiful chalets in our portfolio. The chalet is conveniently located only a short walk from the main Medran lift station set back from the Route de Ransou and, snow permitting, you can ski to the back door.

The chalet is a showpiece of local craftsmanship with intricately carved doors and ceilings, and beautiful stone & wood flooring in the extensive open plan living areas. Stylishly furnished throughout and equipped with a state of the art cinema, entertainment systems, indoor Jacuzzi and sauna the owners have created a very desirable property.

The chalet is 450 metres square and set out over 4 floors sleeping a total of 12 people in 6 bedrooms.

The top floor is given over to two master double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom and a shared balcony.

The extensive open plan living and dining area occupies the 1st floor. This room is separated into 3 areas with an impressive wood panelled library, comfortable and chic living area and the dining area. A balcony wraps around this floor with impressive views of the surrounding mountains.

The well equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area. The main entrance and ski locker is located on this floor. You can reach the chalet by skis (snow permitting) from the ′Le Rouge′ piste. The floor also has a separate guest w.c.

The second living room, a further four bedrooms and 1 bathroom and shower room are located on the ground floor. The 4 bedrooms comprise: 1 large double/twin bedroom (small window onto living room not exterior) with an adjacent but separate bathroom, 2 small twin/double rooms (1 with skylight window 1 with small window opening onto living room), a small bunk room sleeping 2 with skylight window and separate shower room. All the bedrooms open onto a second living room with open plan kitchen and access to the large terrace.

The spa area with indoor jacuzzi, rain shower and sauna, the cinema and wine cave occupy the lower ground floor. This floor gives access to the garage with parking for 2 vehicles. A laundry room is also located on this floor.

What a beautiful chalet! Great location in a fabulous resort. The staff were so obliging and friendly.
