The Tiehack Estate is great for those wanting to make the most of Aspens Four Mountains, located in the Buttermilk area, between Aspen and Snowmass. This lovely chalet has the grand features as you expect to see in Aspen, yet is welcoming and homely.

The Property

This 9,385 square foot property is located in a quiet neighbourhood just past the Tiehack lift of the Buttermilk Ski Area and a ten minute drive from the heart of Aspen. Most of the rooms on the back side of the residence walk out to decks or expansive patios. No furnishing or amenity has been left out and the list is extensive.

The residence has a master suite, vaulted living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen on the entry level, plus the three car garage, mud room and queen guest bedroom. The next level on the gently sloping lot houses three guest bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms and decks, the study and the club room with four flat screen televisions for multiple sports viewing. The final level of the home features the gym, the home theater, the wine room, the game and billiards room and the guest or staff apartment. This level offers walk-out capability to the outdoor kitchen, patios and hot tub. The work-out equipment includes Precor treadmill, free weights, SciFit arm machine and Paramount functional trainer. The game and billiard room features a full bar with refrigerator and ice maker, darts, game table, flat screen television and hot tub access. The home theater room features seven reclining chairs on tiered seating, refrigerator and popcorn machine.

This property and can be booked on an accommodation only basis or with optional services on request such as a chef or butler. As standard this property is offered with a dedicated concierge to welcome you to Aspen and the property. Your concierge will by just a phone call away during your stay and make regular visits to ensure you have everything you need. Your concierge can assist with dinner reservations, can collect your lift tickets for you and will be on hand to offer advice on what to see and do whilst enjoying your stay in Aspen.
