There are some corporate ski trips that might just seem too complicated to warrant thinking about. But that's where we can help. We want to do all the thinking and planning for you. Even if you want to take over 100 staff with you.... we have got plenty of ideas and options. And here is just one example of what we could plan:
Monday
All guests to jump on a variety of flights from across the UK, arriving into Geneva airport to then be whisked away on a transfer straight to the resort and a delicious welcome lunch in the hotel. This hotel will be booked for the exclusive use of your party throughout the trip. You will then have the afternoon to explore the resort, without any laid on activities however guests will need to return to the hotel at a specific time slot for the fitting of pre-booked ski equipment. Come the evening, there will be cocktails in the hotel lounge with a traditional fondue in the hotel’s own fondue cellar! During this evening event the Director of Sales can welcome all guests and explain the fun ‘challenges’ set for the week and will announce the skiing groups based on ability. The night is then open for kicking back and getting into the holiday mode!
Tuesday
A hearty breakfast will be offered in the hotel to fuel up ready for the first morning on the slopes with each group having their own guide to orientate them round the resort, and giving everyone time to get their ski legs back! For the non-skiers, activities of sleigh rides and tobogganing will be offered to get everyone out and about. All groups will then meet in a mountain restaurant for lunch in a private room and then the afternoon continues with more guided skiing. Once returned, relaxed and scrubbed up, guests will enjoy an Après ski cocktail on the hotel terrace followed on by dinner in the local steak restaurant. Obviously the après theme can continue after that should the party so wish…
Wednesday
Another excellent spread of breakfast for the day’s activities in the hotel followed by a range of options: ski lessons, a thermal spa visit, cross-country skiing and ice karting. Lunch will be provided during the course of the day for all parties in their different groups. Having been out in the fresh Alpine air all day it’s back to the hotel to unwind and prepare for the evening’s events! For dinner, guests will be taken to a high altitude mountain hut, where the clear starlight and stillness of the mountains from the hut create an unforgettable experience, in between the hijinks of dinner and festive spirits! All will then be led back to the hotel with a torch lit descent for extra drama!
Thursday
A robust breakfast will be especially important today given that today is the Alpine Olympics Day… Including snowshoe races, husky sledding, slalom and downhill races. Over breakfast guests will receive a briefing on the structure of the day, the timings and group allocations. There will be a light buffet lunch in a mountain restaurant with cracking views over the slopes and lofty peaks behind. Prize giving will take place in the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant for dinner, together with the prizes for the week’s challenges as well.
Friday
A final Alpine breakfast in the hotel with a free morning to explore, shop or ski depending on everyone's preferences to follow. All guests will then meet for an open air lunch picnic on the lower slopes near the resort, with furs and blankets ready to keep everyone warm (and for anyone in need of a little comfort after festivities from the night before). After lunch guests are able to return to the hotel to prepare for returning back home, with transfers arranged to take everyone back for early evening flights.
