The time has come to wave goodbye to the 2018/19 season, another busy winter in which we researched, planned and organised ski holidays for over 4,000 clients. The weather in Europe is heating up and naturally thoughts begin to turn to the warmer climes of your summer holidays. However, keeping the slopes in mind and booking your ski holiday in advance for next year often comes with the benefit of increased choice and early booking deals. Our team are also hard at work adding new properties to our website portfolio for next season, meaning you could try out one of Europe's best new ski chalets for your next trip. Below we talk you through some of the latest additions.
Tango Residence, Tignes
A luxury ski chalet like no other, the Tango Residence is the most ambitious chalet in the Black Diamond complex designed by the four-time world free ski champion Guerlain Chicherit. This open-plan chalet is perfect for larger groups with a vast living area, five double en suite bedrooms and a children’s room sleeping up to four younger guests. The property even features parts of a Nord Noratlas 1950’s military aircraft – the wing of which has been transformed into an impressive dining table!
When they’re not out enjoying the slopes, children will love the fun and colourful play area complete with slide and ball pit. Not forgetting the adults who can sit back and unwind in the shared spa facilities, take in the surrounding views from the outdoor hot tub or challenge another guest to a game of pool, table tennis or table football.
Chesa El Toula, St Moritz
Nestled in the Suvretta area of St Moritz, Chesa El Toula has been in the owner’s family for more than two generations. Each of its five spacious floors has been meticulously and elegantly designed to provide the ultimate accommodation for larger groups up to 14 guests. The chalet has its very own private swimming pool which is unique for a property in St Moritz. In addition to this, guests can relax in one of two hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), the steam room, hammam or retreat to the comfort of a sun lounger.
After a long day on the slopes, rest those aching legs and watch a film in the fully sound proofed cinema room which has huge sofas and the latest high definition sound and vision technology. The games room, complete with adjoining bar and wine cellar is the perfect space for a drink or two if you’re feeling livelier on your return from skiing.
Chalet O Valala, Val d’Isere
Chalet O Valala perfectly combines exceptional service, contemporary design and a peaceful location to create the ideal base for a group ski holiday. Up to 14 guests can enjoy the cosy open plan living space, warmed by a roaring fire and lined by large windows with impressive views over Val d’Isere.
The indoor pool and extensive spa facilities can be found on the lower ground floor. Book in for a massage in the treatment room to aid your post-ski recovery or head to the outdoor hot tub which also boasts stunning views of the resort around you.
Chalet Bioley, Verbier
Chalet Bioley is designed perfectly to ensure every room benefits from an abundance of light with large windows looking out over Verbier. Located high above the Moulins beginner’s piste, guests can easily access the slopes from the centre of the resort. Relax on the large terrace where you’ll find an outdoor hot tub, the perfect south-facing spot to soak up the sun.
Every corner of this chalet has been furnished beautifully to create a true feeling of luxury. Five double bedrooms and a triple bunk room comfortably sleep up to 14 guests for the ideal alpine holiday.
