Overview
Golden Peak Penthouse is a luxury five bedroom ski retreat with ski-in / ski-out access, just a few steps from the heart of Vail Village. Set over two floors, above one of Vail's ski schools, the property boasts mountain and sunset views. There is a private lift that opens directly to the main floor of Golden Peak Penthouse and continues up to the penthouse's top floor, including outdoor terraces. The outdoor hot tub, alongside the terrace firepit is the perfect place to relax and unwind, taking in the beautiful mountain scenery.
Golden Peak Penthouse has a stylish interior with earthy, warm tones and interesting natural textures and shapes. This luxury home brings inspiration from the nature surrounding it and it has been cleverly designed with a contemporary and comfortable mountain lodge atmosphere. The huge open plan living and dining room features a striking fireplace, Birch bark lamps, a burnt orange leather sofa and antler themed statement chairs. Spectacular floor to ceiling window views and a stunning vaulted ceiling really do add to the wow factor of the room. The warm soft colours also flow through to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The heated oak flooring throughout and the cosy, ambient lighting create a wonderful space for everyone to enjoy. It's a real home from home experience.
The bedrooms vary in design, but all follow a similar style with wooden floors, white walls and sumptuous textiles. There are three king double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and there is a queen suite located on the first floor with two queen beds, a characterful fireplace and a steam shower. The fifth room is situated on the second floor and is super popular with any children in the party. There are three full bunk beds with an en suite powder room and bathroom.
Golden Peak Penthouse comes complete with dual laundry rooms, two covered parking spaces and a cosy TV room for those evenings when you want to curl up with a good movie and a bowl of popcorn!
