Just steps from the Bear Tree ski run, Rock Peak Estate is an eight bedroom luxury ski-in / ski-out dream home in Vail, Colorado. The property is nestled high up on Vail Mountain with glorious views of the peaks and offers an elegant chic space to relax and unwind.
Set over four floors Rock Peak Estate accommodates up to 18 guests in five king double bedrooms and two queen double bedrooms. The eighth room is ideally suited for children with two sets of bunk beds. The bedrooms all have easy access to a bathroom, with many having en suite facilities. Each of the rooms have a stylish finish with fresh white walls, exposed wooden beams, dark wood features and light grey or natural colour soft furnishings that complement the serene and calming environment.
The Great Room at Rock Peak Estate lives up to its name with a bespoke stone walled fireplace, double height vaulted ceiling, large windows streaming in lots of natural sunlight and beautiful views and sumptuous contemporary furniture. Sitting under the stunning chandelier around the roaring fire with a G&T or two is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy the lavish setting. The sitting area leads through to a dining area seating 10 people and there is a state of the art kitchen with a funky breakfast bar for grabbing a quick bite before heading out on the slopes.
For your ultimate relaxation experience Rock Peak Estate has a wonderful TV room, that has tiered seating for watching your favourite movie. Or you can head in to the games area to play a game of pool. There is also the option to sit back with an après drink on the sun terrace by the firepit or take a plunge in the outdoor heated pool or hot tub to soothe away any tired limbs. For the more energetic, Rock Peak Estate has a fitness room with a fully equipped gym.
