"We had a really lovely time in Chalet Margaux over New Year. The chalet was the perfect size for our two families with lots of bedrooms and lots of space to just chill out after skiing (the younger ones loved the TV den). James, Sharon and Ali were all so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. James was really flexible on preparing meals (which were all delicious) for the adults and something more simple for the younger kids, They were really lovely and attentive and New Year’s Eve was so lovely with James preparing some sharing plates of tapas/ fajitas which is what we had requested. Sharon and Ali were always around (but not intruding) and very happy to help with anything we wanted"
