I am very lucky to have explored a range of European ski resorts since the age of 5, and also to have completed two winter seasons working as a chef in Meribel and Morzine. For me a trip to the mountains is the perfect way to combine a love of food with a passion for sport and travel.


I am a Snowboarder and a Skier.

Favourite ski resorts: Morzine, St. Anton, Zermatt

Ski Seasons: One in Meribel and one in Morzine.

Favourite Properties: Zermatt peak, Chalet Joux Plane, La Fenice.

Favourite Lunch and Apres: The ‘Goat Village’ in Morzine. In winter it is a great stop off for lunch - there’s lots of restaurants offering amazing choice, really great quality food, and it’s just a short ski away from the piste. In summer the village transforms into an alpine farming village with hundreds of goats roaming the streets… hence the name. My favourite après bars are Le Rond Point in Meribel, Coco Rico in Tignes and Happy Hours Bar, Morzine.

My tip: Take care of your lift pass! As soon as you are given it make sure you put it in a safe place immediately, zip your pockets shut, and leave it there until the end of your holiday. You don’t want to waste ski time and money by losing it!
