Overview
High Point Villa is a superb luxury ski chalet with ski-in/ski-out facilities located within the exclusive Kadenwood area of Whistler. The neighbourhood is serviced by its own private gondola and although skiers of all abilities can hop directly onto the main ski trail, non-skiers can also benefit from easy access to Creekside Village with the Kadenwood gondola being right on their doorstep.
This luxury ski chalet has been designed to an extremely high standard with open plan spaces and sophisticated modern furnishings, yet there is still a sense of a traditional-style chalet with the exposed beams and large stone fireplace. Enjoy evenings in High Point Villa, mingling with friends and family in the comfortable living area or preparing dinner in the fully equipped kitchen.
Sprawling across three floors, you will find all seven bedrooms. The top level is home to the luxurious master suite which includes its own seating area, fireplace, and balcony. On the main floor, alongside the communal areas is the second bedroom and the final five bedrooms are located on the lower floor. Where necessary, the media room can be made into an 8th bedroom.
The facilities at High Point Villa are second to none with the chalet being kitted out with a Sonos sound system, a media room with Apple TV and a games room with a billiards table. Take advantage of the chalet’s steam room, al fresco lounge with its own fireplace and panoramic mountain views, and of course, the outdoor hot tub too.
