The Property

Chalet Alpaca, a beautiful luxury ski chalet in Méribel, is an exceptional addition to our portfolio. The property boasts an impressive interior that creates a luxurious and elegant space for up to 14 guests in six en suite bedrooms. At the heart of the chalet is the double height living room, complete with bar area, open fireplace and floor to ceiling windows. The dining room and separate kitchen adjoin this beautiful space, as does the large terrace housing the outdoor heated pool, unusual copper hot tub and fire pit. The second living space sits above this floor with another open fireplace, library and office creating a cosy space. Also on this upper floor is the spectacular Master bedroom suite with wood burner, dressing room, en suite with stand alone copper bath and balcony that enjoys views across to Saulire.

Three bedrooms are also located on the main living floor, including two Twin/Double bedrooms both with balcony access and en suite bath or shower rooms. The third bedroom is King size, also en suite with a private balcony. All of these rooms are individually designed with their own style yet all are beautifully furnished to a very high standard. Moving to the floor below, is the final Twin/Double en suite bedroom and finally the bunk room with separate bathroom, terrace access and TV.

This floor also houses the spa and games area. Chalet Alpaca is a one-of-a-kind luxury ski chalet in Méribel with all the facilities it has to offer. These include a cinema and games room complete with pool table, pinball machine and bar, an indoor climbing wall, sauna, hammam and massage room. Add these to the beautiful outdoor pool and copper hot tub, and you could not want for much more!
Being one of Méribel’s largest luxury ski chalets at around 930sq.m, Chalet Alpaca enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, being in an elevated position above the village centre. Light floods in through the huge windows making the property feel even more spacious, and the wrap around balconies and large terrace will be enjoyed by all. The touches of modern bespoke design create a very comfortable and calming atmosphere - the perfect space to indulge in a wonderful luxury ski holiday.

Also in the property is a self-contained staff flat, with private access for two of the chalet staff on the lower ground floor of the chalet.
