Out Of Hours

This page is for clients who are currently travelling with us and require support out of hours.
Our current office hours are from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (GMT) and Saturday, 9.30am to 4pm (GMT).
If you are contacting us out of hours and need assistance with imminent travel arrangements or are already in resort, please contact your chalet/apartment operator or hotel on the details previously provided as they should be able to resolve most matters quickly for you.
If you still need further assistance, out-of-hours support is facilitated via Online Chat or WhatsApp.
Please leave a message and one of the team will endeavour to get back to you within 4 hours. Please note that during busy periods and between the hours of 7pm and 9am replies may take longer.
