Salary: £25,500

We are now seeking a Junior Paid, Search & Performance Marketing Executive — a role designed for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who is ready to take their first meaningful step into a broader, more commercially focused marketing position.
The Role:
We have taken great care and pride in developing our marketing communications, both from a visual and creative standpoint, but also from an intelligence and activation perspective. We are now looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at this exciting juncture as we look to further evolve and deliver our integrated communications to existing and prospective clients.
This role sits at the heart of our lead generation and digital performance activity. While our partner agencies manage the granular day-to-day execution of paid search and paid media campaigns, you will play a key role in liaising with those agencies, building strong working relationships and helping to ensure our digital investment delivers the best possible return on investment.
You will work under the guidance of our Marketing Executive and report directly to our Head of Marketing / General Manager, giving you exposure to both hands-on marketing delivery and senior-level commercial decision-making.
This is a genuine opportunity to own and develop key elements of the marketing mix that require dedicated focus and attention, particularly where performance, content and visual communication intersect. Alongside performance marketing, you will help shape how our brand shows up visually and creatively across social media and digital channels.
Role Responsibilities:
These tasks are core to the marketing executive role, however additional responsibilities also exist where your assistance will be required.
· Developing and creating content for social media
· Creating and optimising SEO and AIO content for the website
· Working with the sales team to develop relevant content for communications
· Acting as a day-to-day liaison with our paid media and search agencies
· Supporting the strategic planning and ongoing optimisation of paid search and paid social activity
· Reviewing performance reports, interrogating results and constructively challenging activity to improve ROI, turning insights into clear actions
· Working collaboratively with agencies to refine targeting, budgets, messaging and creative direction
· Liaise with partners – e.g. private members groups – on provision of valuable content for their networks
· Supporting SEO activity, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and content planning
· Staying up to date with digital, social and visual trends within luxury, travel and lifestyle sectors.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Marketing or business degree (preferred)
· Highly organised and a multi-tasker
· Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset to make informed and validated decisions
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong interpersonal skills and a natural relationship builder
· A can-do attitude and capable of hitting the ground running - comfortable with the fast-paced sales environment
· Strong IT skills and a quick learner of new systems and processes
· Proficiency with design applications and video production (preferred)
· 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or agency environment
· Looking for your first step into a role with greater ownership and accountability
· Comfortable working with agencies and confident asking questions to understand and challenge performance
· Commercially curious, with a strong interest in ROI and lead generation
· Passionate about travel and inspired by luxury brands and experiences
· A confident writer with a creative approach to content and storytelling
· A strong visual eye, with an instinctive understanding of what works on social media
· Organised, proactive and keen to develop quickly within an ambitious business.
