Sleeping up to 10 guests, Chalet Carat is a luxury five bedroom ski chalet in the sought after resort of Courchevel 1850. The property is just a short walk to the Bellecote piste, where you can easily explore Les Trois Vallees and the extensive ski runs. The delights of the village centre with its designer shopping, luxurious bars and delicious restaurants is a few minutes drive away.
Chalet Carat with it's quaint wooden and local stone exterior manages to combine traditional elements with a modern and sleek interior. Guests can enjoy the open plan living style on the top floor of the property. Here you will find an elegant lounge, dining area and state of the art stainless steel kitchen. The characterful, roaring open fireplace is a wonderful focal point of the room and is such a treat to sit around after a day on the slopes. There is one double bedroom located on this floor under the eaves of the chalet. The majority of the bedrooms are located on the floor below. The master double bedroom with a cosy seating area and its own en suite white marble bathroom, plus a further two double bedrooms that each have their own shower room. The final fifth bedroom is actually located in a separate apartment accessed by a short walk from the chalet through the garage. This small apartment has it's own sitting area, kitchen and dining space and is often popular with families travelling with grandparents, often looking for that moment of independence from time to time.
Chalet Carat has been thoughtfully designed with soft, natural colours working well with the traditional architecture. It creates a calm and cosy atmosphere throughout the chalet and is a wonderful haven after a busy day exploring the mountain scenery.
A real gem of this luxury ski chalet is the beautiful indoor swimming pool on the lower ground floor, with a nearby small sitting area and bar. The perfect spot to enjoy some après drinks and unwind. For those looking to kick back with a movie and popcorn there is a cool cinema room with purple velvet walls and the ultimate comfortable seating.
