The property is located in the peaceful hamlet of Raffort, which is just a three minute walk to the Olympic gondola and moments from the return piste, offering an ideal balance between seclusion and convenience.
The heart of Chalet Caribou lies on the first floor, where an open plan kitchen, dining and living area is framed by floor to ceiling windows and warmed by a wood burning fireplace. Two furnished terraces invite relaxed après ski moments. Each space is finished with rich natural materials and soft lighting, giving the property a warm, contemporary mountain feel. On this level, there is also a twin/double en suite bedroom with balcony access.
Upstairs, the master suite offers a luxurious private retreat with a balcony, deep soaking bath, twin sinks and a private hammam. Two further en suite bedrooms share this top floor, one charmingly set on a slightly raised level with a round feature window and its own private balcony. A fifth en suite bedroom is located on the ground floor alongside a sauna, private laundry facilities, and a well equipped ski room with heated boot warmers and storage.
