Chalet Akaroa is a contemporary Alpine retreat nestled in the heart of Livigno, Italy, blending eco-conscious design with top tier luxury. Spanning 380 sqm across three floors, this self catered haven comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across five exquisitely appointed bedrooms.
The ground floor serves as the social core. There is a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all centred around a glass fronted gas fireplace. Expansive windows and a vaulted wood beam ceiling flood the space with natural light and frame stunning mountain views, while a substantial wine rack adds a touch of conviviality.
From here, sliding doors lead to a terrace and private garden - perfect for children to play in the snow or guests to enjoy après‑ski relaxation.
Wellness and alpine indulgence await on the lower level, as there is an indoor swim spa, two saunas, a Hammam, massage room and outdoor Jacuzzi. An internal elevator provides effortless access across all levels
