Chalet Julisam is a superb, luxury five bedroom ski chalet with breath-taking idyllic mountain views. It's peaceful location on the edge of the upmarket village of Leogang is perfect for guests wanting to explore and access 2,700 kilometres of slopes and more than 900 lifts and cable cars: from nearby Saalbach to Zell am See and Kitzbuhel. The nearest gondola is only five minutes drive away.
As you enter the property you are welcomed into a stunning lounge area with approximately five metre tall windows, letting in lots of glorious natural sunlight and inviting the epic mountain views in. The sleek, modern design of both the exterior and interior of Chalet Julisam exudes the beautiful taste and quality you will see throughout the chalet. Coupled with this are the first-class facilities such as the large indoor swimming pool, home movie theatre, techno gym, whirlpool and two saunas, all guaranteed to make it a dream holiday destination.
Each of guest bedrooms have been elegantly styled in keeping with the contemporary feel, using soft natural colours, luxurious fabrics and original artworks. Each of the bedrooms are Austrian twin / doubles with a double base bed with separate singe mattresses and single duvet covers (doubles on request) and they all have en suite facilities. All beds have a retractable TV in the foot of the bed and there is a Sonos sound systems in each room.
At Chalet Julisam there are plenty of areas to relax, whether that be in the wellness area, on the terrace enjoying the mountain air, kicking back in the cinema room, watching the children play in their playroom or build their confidence on the kids’ height climbing wall. After a days skiing, swivel the large circular sofa round to face the fireplace and listen to the self-playing grand piano whilst recounting tales of the day’s adventures - this chalet really has it all!
For larger groups it is possible to hire the adjacent chalet building, just steps away from the main chalet. This neighbouring chalet has an additional five bedrooms, with an extra 800 sqm of luxury living space including a lounge, dining room, professional kitchen, sauna and outdoor sauna, therefore accommodating 20 people across the whole Julisam Estate.
