Setting the scene
Set in Zug, just outside the renowned alpine resort of Lech in western Austria, Rote Wand is a distinctive alpine retreat where contemporary design meets authentic mountain character and an exceptional natural setting. Its name, meaning “Red Wall”, is inspired by the striking 2704 metre Rote Wand mountain that rises above the surrounding landscape.
Encircled by dramatic peaks, dense forests and pristine alpine scenery, the property offers a tranquil mountain escape with easy access to the renowned resort of Lech and the wider Arlberg region. A particular highlight is the renowned Chef’s Table, set within a beautifully restored old schoolhouse. A spacious 1,500 sqm wellness area offers a peaceful retreat focused on relaxation and wellbeing.
