Six individually designed apartments and suites provide a flexible base for families and groups, with generous living spaces, private terraces and outdoor hot tubs in selected residences.
After a day exploring the 300km of pistes across Ski Arlberg, the in-house spa offers a welcome change of pace. Swim a few leisurely lengths in the indoor pool before retreating to the warmth of the sauna or steam room. Afterwards, settle into the tranquil relaxation room with a cup of tea, allowing tired muscles to recover before another day in the mountains.
The restaurant provides a stylish setting for gathering over dinner, while the adjoining bar and lounge invite guests to linger over an evening drink. With attentive service and the option of private dining or bespoke catering, ULA SIGNATURE makes alpine living feel effortlessly refined.

Family Apartment 102 (150 sqm) - Two bedroom apartment with each bedroom featuring its own dressing area, double washbasin and private bathroom, spacious living, dining and kitchen area, infrared cabin, and a 45 sqm terrace with private hot tub.
Family Apartment 103 (75 sqm) - Two bedroom apartment, including one bedroom with en suite bathroom and one bedroom with bunk beds, shared living, dining and kitchen area, and a terrace with private hot tub. Can be combined with Apartment 104.
Apartment 104 (57 sqm) - One bedroom apartment with en suite bathroom, separate guest WC, open-plan living and dining area with kitchen, and a 23 sqm terrace. Can be combined with Family Apartment 103.
Family Apartment 105 (100 sqm) Two bedroom apartment with each bedroom featuring its own bathroom, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, and two terraces totalling 38 sqm, one with private hot tub. Can be combined with Studio 105a.
Studio 105A (18 sqm) Double studio with bedroom and private bathroom, plus a 10 sqm terrace. Can be booked independently or combined with Family Apartment 105 to create an additional bedroom.
Family Apartment 106 (70 sqm) Two bedroom apartment with each bedroom featuring its own bathroom, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, and a private balcony with hot tub.
Family Apartment 107 (63 sqm) One bedroom apartment with private bathroom, living and dining area with kitchen, and private balcony. Can be combined with Studio 107a.
Studio 107A (16 sqm) Double studio with bedroom and private bathroom, plus private balcony. Can be booked independently or combined with Apartment 107.
