Chalet Cotes du Lavancher is a luxurious five bedroom ski chalet located in the peaceful mountain hamlet of Lavancher, in Chamonix Valley. Designed to accommodate 10–12 guests, it offers a unique architectural layout with a main house and a separate wing connected by a lower ground floor, maximizing space and privacy.
The chalet boasts a spacious living area with large picture windows on three sides, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains including the iconic Mont Blanc Range. The open plan design includes a stylish kitchen, dining area and a cosy lounge with a wood burning stove, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. An upper mezzanine offers additional space for reading or playing games.
For wellness and entertainment, guests can enjoy an indoor swimming pool heated to 28°C, a sauna and a cinema room, with a large screen and sound system. There is also an outdoor hot tub for star gazing and unwinding after a busy day on the slopes.
