Overview
Nestled in the forest at the foot of the ski slope, Chalet Alya is a traditional luxury ski chalet close to the heart of the popular resort of Meribel. The chalet sits idyllically overlooking the resort with stunning mountain views and a beautiful exterior of classic alpine wood and local stone.
Set over four floors, Chalet Alya has five bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests. There is a master bedroom, set under the eaves of the chalet with a king sized double bed or twin beds on request. The room oozes charm and comfort with characterful wooden beams and a soft plush carpet that can be felt between your toes. There are also a further three queen double bedrooms (which two can be made up as twin rooms) and a final bedroom which is ideal for children with two sets of bunk beds (sleeping four guests). All the bedrooms have en suite facilities and access to a balcony / terrace.
The social hub of Chalet Ayla is the stunning open plan living quarters, with its elegant olive green L-shaped sofa overlooking the fireplace, its fully equipped kitchen and its spacious dining area. Guests also have direct access from here to the beautiful terrace that shows off views of Mount Vallon.
It's not hard to relax at Chalet Alya - dipping into the indoor swimming pool after a day on the slopes is a must for every guest. The floor to ceiling windows showing off the tree aligned garden is truly enchanting.
