Overview
Staying at Chalet Kashmir in Méribel feels like finding that perfect balance between total privacy and easy access to everything the mountains have to offer. Tucked away in the peaceful hamlet of La Gittaz, the setting immediately stands out, surrounded by nature with uninterrupted views, yet still only a short drive from the lifts and the heart of the resort.
The chalet itself is very spacious, spread across around 400 sqm and sleeping up to 12 guests in six en suite bedrooms. The layout gives everyone their own space without losing that social, shared feel. The main living area takes over an entire floor, filled with natural light from large windows that open onto a balcony. Evenings can be spent relaxing by the fireplace or gathering around the dining table that comfortably seats the whole group.
There’s also a strong focus on wellness and downtime. After skiing, the outdoor hot tub on the terrace is bound to become a bit of a daily ritual. Inside you’ve got a sauna, massage room and even a cinema room for quieter nights in. It’s the kind of place where you can be as active or as relaxed as you like.
