Dining and Après Ski
Restaurant
A step-shaped dining room where every table has views of the surrounding forests and Dolomite sunsets. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the landscape into the room, while the cuisine combines local ingredients, traditional techniques and modern creativity.
Garden Restaurant
Set among meadows, forests and wild herbs, the Garden Restaurant offers a lighter, Mediterranean-inspired approach. Its menu changes regularly, following the availability of fresh, seasonal produce from the surrounding region.
YERA
An immersive dining experience, set in a subterranean, cave-like space within the forest above the main hotel. The menu draws on seasonal ingredients and traditional knowledge of the surrounding forests and meadows.
FORESTIS Bar
The Bar and lounge are housed in the historic building and open onto a terrace. Drinks draw on ingredients from the surrounding forests, including herbs, berries, nuts, bark and fir needles, with indoor and outdoor fireplaces creating a relaxed South Tyrolean setting.
