The Residence is a luxury five bedroom apartment located in a prime location in St Moritz, within easy walking distance to the restaurants, boutiques and bars. The Chantarella
funicular is only about a seven minute walk away, providing access to the beautiful ski area of Corviglia.
This luxury ski apartment is set over two floors with almost 1000 sqm of elegant living space. There is a stunning open plan lounge with beautiful panoramic mountain views and access to a terrace where guests can make the most of the fresh alpine air. The fully equipped modern kitchen and large dining table seating up to 12 guests are perfect for enjoying those leisurely evening meals prepared by your private chef.
The Residence sleeps up to 10 people in four double en suite bedrooms and an exquisite master suite with a walk-in wardrobe. Beautifully designed, the bedrooms all offer a calm and peaceful haven for a good night's rest.
As you move to the lower level of The Residence, you will see the large garage, ski room with boot warmers and a fitness room. Proving popular with guests enjoying a party, the property also has its very own disco room and bar!
