Overview
Penthouse Iona is located on the top floor of House Alpine, in the resort of Zermatt. Guests can soak up the stunning views of the Matterhorn from the sunny south-facing balcony, with an additional rear balcony by the lower bedroom.
The central location of the property means that it's only a few minutes away from the main shopping street and a short seven-minute walk from the Sunnegga Express, which will take you up to the extensive ski area.
The apartment is light and bright, with an open plan kitchen and living area with a fireplace where the wonderful views of the Matterhorn can be further taken in. There are two bedrooms; the master can be found on the upper floor with a double bed with en suite. The lower bedroom can be configured as either a double or twin bed, also with en suite. Both bedrooms have wooden panelling throughout and marble bathrooms.
The alpine style with a modern twist is what makes this apartment stand out — of course, not to mention the utterly breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps.
