Setting the scene
Mountain Thunder Lodge is made up of a collection of luxury self catered condos and town homes ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms. They benefit from a ski-in position at the base of the gondola for Peak 8. This ideal location is just a short five minute stroll into the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado with its array of restaurants, bars and shops. A perfect position for groups to enjoy evening meals out or have the ease of picking up a few groceries and preparing something in your very own fully equipped kitchen.
Each unit has been elegantly designed creating a rustic mountain lodge style and a cosy home from home feeling. They all have spacious sitting areas with a sofa bed and a characterful fireplace, a balcony or patio for enjoying the fresh mountain air and a modern kitchen with stunning granite worktops. For every bedroom within each unit there is a bathroom as well. The units have access to the shared services and facilities at Mountain Thunder Lodge including a wonderful heated outdoor swimming pool, multiple hot tubs on the heated decking area and a fitness room. Guests can also enjoy the complimentary shuttle service that runs you into Breckenridge for anyone that doesn't fancy the walk.
Mountain Thunder Lodge also has complimentary underground heated parking and ski storage.

After a day on the slopes guests can enjoy Mountain Thunder Lodge's heated outdoor pool and multiple hot tubs. The complex benefits from heated decks and a state of the art fitness room for the more energetic.
Dining and Après Ski
Breckenridge's Main Street is just a five minute stroll away, where you will find a selection of bars and restaurants. For those hoping to enjoy the units self catering facilities there is also some shops where you can pick up all the essentials you may need. A great benefit of staying at Mountain Thunder Lodge is the designated shuttle service, making supermarket shops super easy.
