Brunnenhof Penthouse is a four bedroom luxury apartment located within the Brunnenhof Residence, in the sought after village of Lech. An easy 10 minute stroll brings you to the village centre with its glamourous restaurants and chic bars and reaching the ski slopes is also super easy with just a six minute walk to the Schlosskopf chairlift. For the experienced skier, you can even ski back to the residence, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.
This stunning apartment is set over one floor with incredible views on the mountains and the surrounding valleys. The open plan living area has soft warm, natural tones, with plenty of characterful exposed wood and stunning lighting. The double height ceilings create grandeur and an amazing sense of space for everyone to properly enjoy. There is a dining table that accommodates 10 people, a well equipped, contemporary kitchen with a small breakfast bar and a sophisticated lounge with soft comfortable sofas. A small additional TV room is available in the neighbouring room for those looking to kick back and enjoy a movie.
All the bedrooms have been finished to a very high standard with elegant design and a calming atmosphere. There are three double bedrooms, with en suite facilities and a final room offering a double bed and a bunk bed, with en suite shower room.
