Overview
The Barn is a super luxurious, ski-in / ski-out chalet, located in the resort of Oberlech and within easy reach of the amenities of Lech.
The Barn has a wonderful traditional façade with plenty of wooden beams, characterful balconies and beautiful stonework. The property is set over four floors with 1000 sqm of chic living space.
On the top two floors of the chalet are seven bedrooms. Two master suites with en suite bathrooms and five double bedrooms, also with en suite facilities. Each bedroom has been carefully designed creating a cosy and tranquil setting.
The Barn has an open plan living space, with a stunning lounge and fireplace, a huge dining table, a fully fitted kitchen and a bar area - perfect for those après drinks! Warm, rich colours have been used to decorate the property, which adds to the welcoming home from home feeling.
One of the highlights of The Barn is the magnificent spa and wellness area on the lowest level. Here you will find a large indoor swimming pool and relaxation area, along with a fitness room, steam room, massage room and sauna. There is also a handy ski room for warming up those ski boots each morning and a fun entertainment room, so whether you want a game of snooker or to sit back to a good movie - this room is super adaptable and is the perfect place to relax.
