Located in the peaceful Rochebrune neighbourhood, Chalet Millesime lies on a vast plot of 1200sqm land and boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Close to Megeve village centre, with its array of restaurants, bars and shops, the chalet is positioned to enjoy all that the resort has to offer, whilst also being tucked away in a quieter part of the French Alps.
With accommodation across three floors, Chalet Millesime has seven en suite bedrooms sleeping up to 10 adults and four children comfortably. Stand out features include a ski room with boot warmer, home cinema and wine cellar, plus there are beautiful views from the large balcony/terrace.
The basement is home to a fitness and wellness centre complete with indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, shower and a gym. On this level you’ll also find a home cinema, wine cellar, ski room and double garage with parking spaces, as well as the bunk room with en suite shower room which sleeps up to four children.
Four en suite bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, whilst the master suite with bathroom is upstairs on the first floor, along with the open kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace.
