Overview
Refuge de la Traye is a luxurious mountain retreat, within its own hamlet, nestled in the French Alps, near Méribel. This charming haven is a sister property to the Maya Hotel Courchevel 1850. It offers clients an exclusive alpine experience combining traditional features with modern comfort. The refuge comprises of six elegantly appointed rooms and suites. Each accommodation features high-tech amenities and a private terrace.
Culinary offerings at La Table de la Traye showcase regional flavours, with dishes like raclette, fondue and Savoyard specialties prepared by Chef Renaud Couston. Guests can also enjoy wine and cheese tastings, as well as meals at la Table de la Traye and in the rustic Cheese Farm.
The refuge's spa provides a range of treatments, including a milk bath, hay bed and advanced therapies such as the Iyashi Dome and Stendo. Wellness facilities also include a sauna, Hammam, outdoor Jacuzzi and yoga room.
Activities available year-round encompass snowshoeing, dog sledding, zip-lining and archery. Families can engage in workshops, visit the on-site farm or enjoy the children's playroom and cinema.
