Overview
Chalet Mont des Anges is situated on the sunny side of the valley between Morzine and Montriond, with access to the beautiful ski area of Portes du Soleil. As you drive up to the chalet, you are greeted by the heated driveway leading to the front door. The chalet is located just a 20-minute walk to the centre of Morzine; if you would prefer to make use of the resort driving service then it's just an eight minute drive. Staying in Chalet Mont des Anges during the winter season, a dedicated team are on hand five days a week, so you can sit back and relax while they prepare breakfast, afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks.
The boot room with heated boot racks is located on the right as you walk in. The twisted Land Rover Defender 110 is for display only but is a real showpiece of the chalet.
Chalet Mont des Anges comprises six bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room. The other bedrooms are all king/twin rooms. The master bedroom is situated on the top floor as you walk in, complete with a glass shower. The four other king/twin rooms (three with en suites) are found on the same floor as the living area. Lastly on the lowest floor is where the bunk room can be found with all the beds being full-sized singles.
The bar area is like stepping into a top city bar — an amazing space to just sit back and relax while the hosts can mix any cocktails you desire. Leading off of the bar is a large sun deck which has spectacular views and includes an outdoor kitchen, hot tub and infinity pool with a swim current. From the terrace, you can also access the sauna and wellness area. To add to the fantastic facilities on offer there is also a cinema room which is perfect for sitting back and relaxing while being entertained by your favourite film with popcorn provided by the hosts.
The large open-plan living area is located upstairs with a lounge with wood-burning stoves and large windows providing a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains, a cosy place to spend the evening with family and friends.
