Overview
Chalet Genepy is a luxurious chalet built into the side of the mountain in the exclusive Le Petit Alaska area of Val d′Isere. With a mix of chalet style and contemporary design, it is split over three levels, and has a large south facing balcony. And for those who have truly had a very hard day on the slopes, there′s a lift to take you up and down! The chalet is spacious with lots of natural light coming through the large windows which off-sets the modern decorations and furnishings.
The ground floor features a stunning wellness centre built into the rock face, complete with a hammam and a generously sized swimming pool with its own sound system. Also on this level are three double bedrooms and a cosy bunk room, perfectly suited for children. The bunk room shares a separate bathroom with one of the doubles, making it an ideal setup for families. While the chalet can accommodate up to 14 guests, we recommend this arrangement primarily for groups with younger children, as space is more comfortable for up to 10 adults.
On the first floor there is a large open plan living and dining area with a spacious south facing balcony and welcoming fireplace. There is a separate TV area and kitchen. Upstairs on the second floor, there are two further bedrooms including the master suite with en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Chalet Genepy is an ideal ski retreat for a large family or a group of families looking to have plenty of leisure facilities at their chalet, but easy access to the slopes with a a super easy driving service.
