Kilco Penthouse is is perfect for groups of up to ten guests who want to relax in style with easy and direct access to the ski lifts, ski schools and all that Val d'Isère has to offer.
Kilco is a double height penthouse with dual balconies to the North and South. The apartment offers spectacular open plan living space, with a private indoor swimming pool and hammam. The location is second to none, being Just 100m to the main Bellevarde and Solaise ski lifts in the centre of the resort. This really is hard to beat. The property also benefits from it's own private underground parking and is accessed by private lift.
There are 5 bedrooms in total, three doubles and two twins, each of which are en suite. One of the doubles is located on a mezzanine level above the dining area. The design is typical to the Val d'Isere style, with traditional materials yet a modern and contemporary twist - the penthouse has a beautiful feel throughout.
