Overview
Rocca Penthouse is a luxury ski chalet in Val d'Isere that really sets itself apart from the others in resort. This penthouse features some of the most impressive views available from its huge picture windows that fill all the rooms with masses of natural light offering a very airy living space. This extends to the external living space which has a large wrap around balcony, made from huge wooden beams, that really set this property off.
Rocca Penthouse is accessed by a lift directly into the main living area using a private key, which offers that New York penthouse feel inside a luxury alpine ski chalet. The main living area features a central open fireplace, large dining table to seat ten and of course windows to those aforementioned views. The furnishings have been tastefully chosen, using natural colours and lots of natural wood, it offers a surprisingly cosy feel for such a modern design, from its oversized lamps to bespoke art omissions.
Above the main living space is a mezzanine which has a large TV room/snug which is perfect for children to enjoy an evening watching a film whilst the parents socialise downstairs.
Three of this luxury ski chalets private bedrooms are on the main level, one with an open plan bathroom, all have wooden beamed ceilings and access to the balcony. All the bedrooms can be arranged as either a king or a twin offering great flexibility.
Rocca Penthouse has its own private spa area on the bottom floor of the building featuring a private indoor swimming pool and Moroccan steam room, and an area to take a massage, which can also be arranged. The bottom floor is also home to a covered parking space and the ski room with heated boot warmers.
If all of this wasn't enough, the chalet is well located just a short walk into town in a quiet area of Val d'Isere, there is also a driver service available to take you to the slopes and when you don't fancy the walk!
