The dining area seats eight and is situated close to the well-equipped kitchen and next to the entrance to the large balcony which has stylish outside furniture and bar.
Eclat Soleil 227 can accommodate four adults and four children with an en suite master bedroom, a double bedroom with a separate bathroom and a third bedroom with two bunkbeds and a separate shower. Each bedroom has access to the balcony and match the contemporary style of the rest of the apartment.
The property also comes with one lower ground parking space, a ski/boot locker both of which can be easily accessed by the stairs or elevator.
