Overview
Penthouse Annyvonne is located in the very heart of Zermatt, on a quiet side street with close proximity to the main train station, high streets, and boutiques. The ski lifts are just moments away, meaning accessing the slopes is only a short walk. Zermatt is a charming Swiss resort, with plenty to offer after a long day on the slopes.
The elegant penthouse is 230m² in size and has modern furnishings throughout, which are complimented by the wooden ceiling giving the property a true authentic chalet feel. The large south-facing windows offer fantastic views over the village and the Matterhorn.
The penthouse is located on the top floor of the building, where there is a ski room on the ground floor and elevator access. Within the penthouse, the living room has a cosy wood-burning fireplace, a dining area, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. A real highlight of the chalet is the south-facing balcony which extends the entire length of the spacious living area.
The four bedrooms include a junior-sized master bedroom with en suite (jacuzzi bath) and balcony. The second bedroom also has a balcony and the bathroom just across the hallway whilst the third bedroom boasts an en suite with a jacuzzi bath, similar to that of the master bedroom. Lastly, the fourth bedroom is located on the other side of the living room, next door to the laundry room; this also has an en suite bathroom.
