Set within the desirable Aspens community in Beaver Creek, Stone Creek Chalet is a contemporary mountain retreat combining sleek interiors, premium finishes and a superb location close to the resort’s renowned ski slopes. This beautifully remodelled, four level townhouse offers five bedrooms and 296 sqm of thoughtfully designed living space, accommodating up to twelve guests. Oversized windows frame picturesque views of the surrounding aspen trees and mountains, bringing the beauty of the Colorado Rockies into the home. A private lift connects the different floors, adding convenience to this impressive alpine residence.
The principal living area occupies the third floor, where designer furnishings, a gas fireplace and expansive windows create an inviting setting for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The adjoining kitchen features upgraded Miele appliances and is complemented by a dining table seating six. Two outdoor decks provide opportunities to enjoy the fresh mountain air, with the front deck suited to evening drinks and the rear deck offering a barbecue area beside the slope leading towards the Elkhorn Chairlift. A private hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind after an active day outdoors.
Five bedrooms are arranged across three levels, offering a flexible layout for families and groups. The principal bedroom features a king size bed, a desk and an en suite bathroom with a bath tub, shower and dual vanity. A second king bedroom has its own en suite shower room, while two further guest bedrooms each contain a queen size bed. The fifth bedroom is a dedicated bunk room with two sets of bunks, each featuring a full size lower bed and a twin upper bed, alongside a sofa and television. Heated bathroom floors add an extra touch of comfort throughout the colder months.
With ski-in / ski-out access to the Elkhorn Chairlift, subject to snow and resort conditions, Stone Creek Chalet makes days on the slopes wonderfully convenient. Beaver Creek Village is also easily reached via the Village Connect shuttle, while nearby walking trails offer opportunities to explore the mountain landscape throughout the year. Complete with ski storage, mountain views and a private hot tub, this stylish retreat provides an exceptional setting for a memorable Colorado getaway.
