This beautiful apartment within the exclusive Chalet Austria property is only a short walk from the Nasserein lift station. The property was completed in 2010 and has been built to the highest standards with extensive use of old woods and natural stones. The property has been beautifully furnished throughout to create one of St Anton′s most outstanding properties.
The apartment is laid out over a single floor and comfortably sleeps six, in three en suite bedrooms. There is a wonderful open plan living and dining area and the well equipped open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 12. The master double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The apartment has two further en suite bedrooms (both with bathrooms) which can either be configured as double or twin bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is equipped with a TV and DVD perfect for keeping the children amused.
A small laundry room with washer and tumble dryer is located in the basement. The property is sold self catered basis, however please do contact us if you are interested in taking the property catered. When catered the food is prepared in the main kitchen area in the lower floor of the property and then served by the hosts in the confines of your apartment.
The property has a ski locker and boot heating room shared with the other three apartments. In addition, there is access to a shared spa area with a Hammam, sauna, shower and relaxation area on the lower floor, which is shared with two other apartments in the building.
Please Note: The majority of our self-catered properties will not be stocked with any “daily consumables” such as: condiments, salt & pepper, dishwasher tablets, tea/coffee, toilet paper etc. Upon booking your alpine escape with us, your dedicated Experience Manager here at Oxford Ski Company will be able to assist with arranging a pre-arrival shop based on your requirements, ensuring that all such items will be in your property upon your arrival.
