Chalet Couttet sits within walking distance to the centre of Chamonix town, at the end of a quiet private road, offering uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc, a peaceful, yet accessible setting.
With it's contemporary design, this stunning property offers a private outdoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, wellness suite (with yoga studio, Hammam and sauna) plus five bedrooms and an enormous open plan living space. Offering luxury self-catering, with an invaluably experienced Chalet Manager, Chalet Couttet is an excellent addition to the Chamonix portfolio.
The chalet offers its own private garden with large heated outdoor swimming pool (operational all year round, with a cover during the winter months) and hot tub as well as a terrace area to enjoy through the spring and summer months. In total, there is 550 m² of luxurious space to enjoy at this luxury ski chalet. The modern and contemporary features make the property a funky space, quite unique in its style.
Each of the five en suite bedrooms are individually designed and include two master suites. Three of these bedrooms are found on the first floor, whilst the remaining two are located on the upper ground floor together with the main living area. The open plan living space incorporates two seating areas, an open kitchen and 360 degreed rotating fireplace, plus the uninterrupted views of the famous Mont Blanc from the huge windows.
Chamonix town itself is just a five minute drive, as is the Aiguille du Midi cable car - an iconic must-visit feature of the resort.
Among the many features Chalet Couttet has to offer is your very own indoor spa area with yoga space, massage tables, sauna and Hammam. Also located on the lower ground floor is the chalet's private gym, bar and games room with pool table and private cinema, as well as your own boot room with ski racks and boot warmers - this luxury ski chalet really does have it all!
