Overview
Chalet Spencer is a luxurious ski chalet located just a few minutes drive from the heart of Châtel. The property sleeps up to 14 guests and is neighbouring its sister chalet, Chalet Whymper. Taking both chalets they would be able to accept groups up to 27 people.
The chairlift station, from the Barbossine ski area is just 100 metres away from the chalet linking to the Linga and Pré-La-Joux ski areas and then on to the Portes du Soleil, offering 600 kms of ski slopes. Guests can also use the complimentary local shuttle, that passes in front of Chalet Spencer taking you to the village centre or to the Linga and Pré-La-Joux ski areas.
Set over three floors the chalet has been cleverly designed incorporating traditional features with contemporary fixtures and fittings. Soft natural tones, with splashes of colour have been used to create a warm and inviting ski retreat.
There is a wonderful open plan kitchen, dining and living area with all the mod cons and a fabulous L-shaped sofa for kicking back with a glass of wine after a busy day on the slopes. Unwinding is super easy at Chalet Spencer, from taking a dip in the outdoor Jacuzzi, enjoying the panoramic views from the sauna, to chilling out with an après drink in your own private bar area. There is even a swing chair for curling up in with a good book.
