Setting the scene
Situated at the foot of La Face ski-run, Les Barmes de l′Ours is a fantastic family friendly property with superb access to the central lift station and Val d′Isère village centre. The hotel includes three restaurants, kid's club and teenage games area, two-lane bowling alley, a ProShop and newly decorated bed rooms. The hotel also boasts state of the art spa facilities with a fitness centre, hairdressing salon, hammam, in-door swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. You'll also find the hotel's own luxury ski boutique which stocks designer brands such as, Prada, Killy and Céline.
Each of the luxurious rooms have been uniquely designed according to four stylish themes; Scandinavian Spirit, Alpine Chalet, Great North American Lodge and Contemporary. All rooms offer breath-taking views of the piste, the forest or the village.
Rooms and Suites
Each of the floors are marked with their own identity and have a different theme, these being, 'Scandinavian Spirit', 'Alpine Chalet', 'Great North American Lodge' and 'Contemporary'. Both the rooms and suites are designed to provide space and comfort, each with a private balcony.

21 Luxury Rooms (30 sqm): Double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub, balcony with mountain and village views. Interconnected options possible.
Suites:
7 Junior Suites (44 sqm): King bedroom with lounge area, bathroom with balneotherapy bathtub and shower, South-facing balcony with views of the Face de Bellevarde. Interconnected options possible.
9 Prestige Suites (60 sqm): Large king bedroom with sitting area with sofas and armchairs, bathroom with balneotherapy bathtub and shower, balcony with mountain and village views. Interconnected options possible.
1 Ours 'Bear' Suite (80 sqm): Large king bedroom with sitting room and bathroom. Private Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. Balcony with views over Val d'Isere.
Family Options: Sleeping between 4-5 people.
7 Family Suites (60 sqm): King bedroom, separate children's section, two bathrooms (one with shower only), sitting area and balcony with mountain and village views.
3 Ourson 'Bear Cub' Suites (80 sqm): King bedroom, second bedroom with two bunks or a single bed, two bathrooms (one with shower only). Comfortable sitting room and balcony with mountain views.
Spa and Wellness
Les Barmes de L'Ours has a lovely Sisley's Spa which is laid out over 1,000 sqm with a relaxing and serene atmosphere. The facilities include a lovely indoor pool, hammam, Jacuzzi and sauna.
The spa offers a wide range of beauty and body treatments including facials, manicures, reflexology, body wraps and various massages. The hotel also has an in-house hair dressing salon.
Dining and Après Ski
There are three different restaurants within the hotel including the fine dining gastronomic restaurant.
La Table de l′Ours: Discover the refined and simple, yet generous cuisine of Chef Antoine Gras in one of the best restaurants in Val d′Isère. Awarded one Michelin star, it intimate and welcoming, promising a fantastic culinary experience.
La Rotisserie: Spit-roasted meat is the signature fare here, with delicious buffets of first courses and desserts, which can be enjoyed beneath the picture windows or on the sunny terrace. Discover wonderful themed seafood or world food buffets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Le Coin Savoyard: This fantastic restaurant provides special local dishes (i.e Raclette or Tartiflette), this is a really lovely place to enjoy with your partner or family, sharing dishes and enjoying traditional alpine foods.
