Setting the scene
The Cervo Mountain Resort is a super addition to Zermatt′s extensive list of smart five star hotels. The hotel consists of nine lodges (seven of which feature rooms and suites), three restaurants and direct access to the slopes. There is certainly no compromise on comfort with the hotel's contemporary design and unique décor, offering an updated take on the Alpine hunting lodge style.
This boutique hotel is nestled amongst the trees, just above the centre of Zermatt, opposite the Sunnegga lift. Guests can easily access the centre of town and ski lifts and the Cervo′s elevated position provides views across to the Matterhorn from the hotel′s sophisticated sun terrace.
Rooms and Suites
The Cervo Mountain Resort features 54 rooms and suites which are split between seven separate chalets. With natural, authentic materials and relaxed colours throughout, each accommodation offers stunning views to the Matterhorn. All rooms feature either balcony or terrace.

Huntsman - 5 Star level of service
Huntsman S (23sqm) - Twin bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower.
Huntsman Spa Suite (54sqm) - King bedroom, living area with sofa bed, walk-in wardrobe, bath and shower, terrace with outdoor bath, and steam bath.
Huntsman Triple Suite (240sqm) - Three king/twin bedrooms, bathrooms with showers and baths, walk-in wardrobe, living room with fireplace, business corner with desk, kitchen, dining area with large dining table, terrace with outdoor bath.
Huntsman Lodge (263-371sqm) - The whole chalet which can be booked with Four, Five or Six Rooms: Four Bedrooms = Huntsman Triple Suite + Huntsman S (263sqm), Five bedrooms = Huntsman Triple Suite + Huntsman S + One Huntsman Spa Suite (317sqm), Six Bedrooms = Huntsman Triple Suite + Huntsman S + Two Huntsman Spa Suites (371sqm).

Spa and Wellness
Seven of the suites have their own private spa facilities. These include a sauna, sanarium, outdoor bathtubs, as well as terraces offering views of the Matterhorn.
The Mountain Ashram Spa is open to all Cervo guests. Facilities include: a heated outdoor pool, a sauna, steam bath, onsen, tea yurt, Bhutanese bath, ritual room, and treatment rooms.
Dining and Après Ski
Madre Nostra: A celebration of Italian cuisine and tradition. Experience the modern creations and refined classics with fresh, local ingredients.
Ferdinand: Swiss dishes such as raclette and fondue are served here however this is not your standard traditional restaurant. With a twist of the cosmopolitan life, the Ferdinand offers a hip atmosphere, providing the perfect balance between alpine tradition and modern style.
Bazaar: This relaxed restaurant is inspired by bustling Middle Eastern markets and has an exciting vegetarian menu.
Grapes and Juniper: So hidden, you'll almost miss it. This is a lovely little cocktail bar specialising in different types of Gin with over 40 to try. The atmosphere is relaxed and the cocktail masters behind the bar are happy to help if the choice is difficult.
