The Schweizerhof is a fantastic centrally located luxury four-star hotel in Zermatt, just a stone's throw from the train station and less than a 10 minute walk from the Sunnegga funicular. The style of the hotel perfectly balances alpine chic elegance with comfort and homeliness to create a warm and welcoming environment. 

The rooms and suites at Hotel Schweizerhof have light, neutral colour schemes with many offering mountain views from the large windows or balconies. There are three types of suite: Junior, Family and Attic, each with the added luxury of a private lounge or seating area. Many of the rooms can also be interconnected to give extra flexibility for families.

Guests at Hotel Schweizerhof have access to the spa with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzis - perfect for some after-ski relaxation. Younger visitors can also benefit from the hotel's brilliant children's facilities in the Kids Club. The three restaurants at the hotel offer different dining experiences for guests to enjoy; from fondue at the Cheese Factory, to La Muña's Peruvian cerviche or even a wood-fired pizza at the Schweizerhof kitchen, there are plenty of exciting options for everyone. 

On arrival and departure days, the hotel offers a complimentary electro-car transfer service from Zermatt train station, the taxi stand in Zermatt or the heliport.

30 x Double Rooms (26-28 sqm) with king or twin beds (most rooms have balconies).

22 x Double Rooms (26-28 sqm) with king or twin beds with mountain or Matterhorn views.

7 x Junior Suites (30-34 sqm) with king or twin beds and living area with sofa bed, sleeping up to 4 guests.

8 x Junior Suites Matterhorn View (40-48 sqm) with king or twin beds and living area with sofa bed and Matterhorn views, sleeping up to 4 guests.

6 x Family Suites (40-48 sqm) with king or twin beds, living room with sofa bed and a walk-in closet, sleeping up to 4 guests.

3 x Attic Suites (44-50 sqm) with king size bed, living room and mountain views, sleeping up to 4 guests.
