Overview
Set on a private 220 acre estate Il Podere offers breath-taking mountain views with first class facilities. The property, as the name might suggest has been inspired from a beautiful Italian villa with Tuscan style design and Italian stone fireplaces and exposed wooden beams. The lavish villa oozes charm with stunning stone brick work and characterful wooden floorboards. The furniture has been carefully selected in keeping with the palazzo theme with rich, sumptuous fabrics and classical pieces.
Il Podere has seven bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a wonderful wood burning pizza oven, dining room and cosy living room with floor to ceiling windows letting in the epic views.
Two bedrooms can be found in the main villa both with king sized double beds, fireplaces, private balconies and en suite bathrooms. A further five bedrooms are located in the neighbouring guest house with four bedrooms having queen sized double beds and the fifth having two twin beds over double bunk beds. All the rooms feature en suite facilities.
The property has wonderful landscaped gardens with an outdoor heated swimming pool and pergola. The most memorable backdrop to a swim you are ever likely to have! The leisure facilities also includes an outdoor tennis court, an indoor basketball court, a fully equipped gym, a pool table, a cinema room, a hot tub and a sauna.
With such extensive facilities, you'll be hard pushed to want to leave Il Podere, but for those wanting to explore the local area you are ideally positioned to reach Beaver Creek and Vail in just a 30 minute drive.
